How far is it to Bury St Edmunds

It's about 5 miles. All major supermarkets are in the town There is a beautiful cathedral and interesting shops. A small ancient theatre and modern cinemas.

How far is it to the sea

East Suffolk coast is about an hour's drive away. Old Felixtowe and Southwold; Aldeburgh and Thorpness are all worth a visit. Snape Maltings and concert hall are also on the coast.

Can we get to the Norfolk coast easily

Its about an hour and 45 minutes to the North Norfolk coast but its well worth the trip. Stunning countryside and beaches. Holkham and Wells next the Sea; Cley and Blakeney too.

Can we bring our dog?

We would rather you did not but it's always worth asking us! We do love dogs but we have free range chickens and cockerels and horses in the nearby stableyard.

Tennis?

We have a tennis court which is usually available for use during the summer months. You might need to roll it before you start!

WiFi?

Yes we do have WiFi despite living in a very rural area!
